“A Panel of my car was hanging off and rubbing on the tires, making it not safe. However, I could not go to other places because they wanted to use my insurance. Luigi made things happen for me and they did a great job, Even with the paint. For a definitely reasonable price. If Luigi cannot do the job, he also knows somebody who will, Great source of information.”

“My mechanic referred me to this Ziebart location for rust prevention & undercoating. They took care of my my vehicle today, & they also treated/coated the inside of my trunk where the spare tire is kept. The work looks good, and they offer 7 years of customer support. “I had an outstanding experience with Safelite, and I want to specifically recognize my technician, Daniel. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He explained the entire windshield replacement process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what to do after the installation. The quality of his work was exceptional. He treated my Ford F-150 with care, kept everything clean, and completed the replacement much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. Before he left, he made sure I knew that if I had any questions or experienced any issues, he would take care of it immediately. That level of customer service is rare these days. If you need your windshield replaced, ask for Daniel. He is an outstanding technician and a true professional. Safelite is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you again for making the entire experience easy and stress free.”
