Closed my chase account and credit card after terrible service and they left my credit card open with 13 cents on it and charged me late fees which I was unaware was happening. Now my credit has been impacted because of 13 cents and they will not fix the situation even though they told me my card was paid off in full. Fraudsters trying to keeo accounts open to keep their money flowing.

Charged me a fee to cash a check even though I have an account with them. Called manager and they still wouldn't refund the fee.

ATM ATM ATM ATM NEED TO BE REPLACED SO MANY COMPLAINS ABOUT THE ATM MACHINE, its there to make it convenient for everyone not to stress everyone out it literally takes forever to count or read the money when you deposit and u might have an error for not reading it or just a damn random error . Replace it asap the company makes enough money to do so.

I am standing in this branch today and a man walks in wearing a gun and his favorite blue lives matter freedom, flag, sweatshirt. Apparently, he is the security guard. Maybe wear a uniform instead of your ridiculous sweatshirt with its false equivalency to black lives matter. Completely unacceptable for any company to allow this to happen on there premises

This place’s ATM caused me to file a claim for being in the negative from a duplicate withdrawal. Only for the claim to be reversed because somehow there ended up only being one transaction showing in my account. Looking into other banks and probably won’t use an ATM ever again after this situation.

Chase Bank Customer Service has really gone downhill. I wouldn't have an issue with not being able to talk to someone, but the Website and App are horrendous -- I requested a new debit card several days ago and I can't even get a status as to where it is..... I did the same with Amex and Citi and had a new card in 2 days and the web site had a status. Time to look for a new bank......

The teller helping the man next to me was very 'polite' to encourage his conversation against people wearing a mask in the building. My family work in a hospital and I found this very unprofessional as my choice to wear a mask is not your concern and should not be commented on by staff - whether directly or indirectly. Thankfully I was in to close my account today due to a service fee of $12 per month to keep the account open.

Came in to do something that apparently needed an appointment. Though I offered to come back, Melissa R helped me and took care of everything and was so kind during the process! Her patience was so appreciated and she has killer customer service!

Why is this phone # not for the specific bank?? I needed to speak to the associate (not teller) I dealt with specifically, but instead I spoke with the "Service Center". This makes NO sense. I love the branch, but not this nonsense phone #!

Absolutely ridiculous lack of customer service. I understand the current “labor shortage,” but they have ONE banker on staff every day. ONE. We went there an hour to close and they asked if we had an appointment. We said no are they required? “No they are not required, but we close in an hour and the banker has an appointment soon.” Okay and? Try again, call ahead this time. “Sorry the banker has an appointment at that time and cannot help you. Try another day.” I asked if we came in would we be serviced? “no”. I’ve worked at multiple banks before. If someone comes in an hour or 5 minutes to close, we stay until they are serviced. Pushing customers away an HOUR to close is absolutely unheard of and insane. HOW do you expect anyone who works a 9-5 to do any business?? “Our bankers need to go home.” Yes, I understand. That’s why I came AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE. Insane.
