Lies, lies, and even more lies. Cannot trust anyone in this branch, especially the branch manager Jeff, as well as the financial planners. They don't care about their customers and their well being. Been with 5/3 since 2005 and can't wait to find a new bank.

Ruined my entire day fighting traffic to get there and finding out my issue can’t be handled by a teller. The bank was never supposed to remove my beneficiary and now it’s an entire ordeal to get it back on my account. Absolutely ridiculous.

DoNOT open an account with this 5/3 worse bank. They have zero help and plan on long hours of customer service if you get anyone. They mysteriously deposit money into wrong accounts. If you are a small business owner they most certainly don't have your best interest at heart. Plan on lots of held checks and no one to help you. Wrong information given that you relay to customers that tarnishes your relationship with the customer. This bank is the WORST BANK EVER!!! Here's one held phone call and I'm a small business...

I’ve had a business account with 5/3 for 10 years and I’ve never had horrendous customer service like this . The teller had no idea how to do her job so I had to leave and go to another location to complete my transaction. Avoid this branch at all cost

This location is OK. Very slow, especially if you have to go to the drive through. It’s sucks that the drive through can only handle one customer at a time. The other two lines are for ATM and deposits. But the customer service is still great.

Horrible customer service! Absolutely terrible! I use the 5/3 app to make my mortgage payments. This month the app did not notify me it had taken my payment twice (double my payment). In retrospect, this app is very basic and archaic in the way it is set up and run. Back to the point. I only found out that a double payment was made when I looked at my Bank of America account almost a week later. I went in to this branch immediately to get this remedied and the representative there was great about getting the request thru do get the extra payment flipped and refunded back to me... That's just the request. I was told my money may not be refunded for up to 10 days. Being that this is an absurd amount of time to have my money stolen and held by 5/3 Bank, I asked if I could have a check issued to me at the bank branch right then and there, or within a more reasonable amount of time. I was told NO. This transaction has to be handled by the “back officeâ€, which apparently is in ohio. This is baffling to me that a bank branch cannot issue their customer a refund check right then and there or within a few hours. I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back from an error made by their app. Should it take up to 10 days from the last day of the grace period on my mortgage for my payments to them to reach their “back officeâ€? God no. I'd get slapped with a FEE!

Came here this morning to deposit money and there was a line of people ahead of me. There was only two tellers and all they were doing was talking to the customers about their personal life. I get you want to build a relationship with your guests, but some people are in a hurry in the morning. I waited almost 10 minutes in an unmoved line. I had a meeting I had to get to. Ended up leaving without depositing my money. Now I have to do it another day when it needed to be put in my account TODAY!!! Very disappointed in this location. Taking my business elsewhere since they didn't even bother to have someone at one of their desks jump in to help. Other locations do that but this one shows too much laziness

Reviews from 7+ years ago are becoming outdated. 5th 3rd launched their new mobile banking app which tracks expenditures in real time, if an account is overdrafted, someone made a math error. Tellers are quick workers, even over the phone.

I wasn't told I had to bring in a code to get $300 for opening a new account, I was told I had to wait 90 days. I waited 90 days then they ask for the code. Worst customer service ever. I called multiple times and received no call back I had to make contact.
