The nicest people you will talk to at a bank perfect customer service. Only issue is you will never go into a slower bank I walk in. There’s one lady at the counter and only one person in front of me takes 37 minutes to talk to somebody. I feel like I should be compensated for my time.

Ruined my entire day fighting traffic to get there and finding out my issue can’t be handled by a teller. The bank was never supposed to remove my beneficiary and now it’s an entire ordeal to get it back on my account. Absolutely ridiculous.
