“It took me a minute to find the UPS drop off point, not knowing it was inside of Michael's but the store is beautifully laid out! I worked for a similar store about 20 yrs ago and they were constantly scrambling to make their setup satisfactory at best! I will definitely come back for craft and other needs!”
“They are always great at Gamer’s Gauntlet. The employees are always very helpful. No matter how busy it is, they always greet you and acknowledge you’re waiting. Some other stores I’ve tried to shop it feels like you’re bothering them. The bottom line to operating a business is customer service. I will drive past 10 other stores to shop at Gamer’s Gauntlet. I highly recommend shopping there.”
“This store has everything you'd hope to find... and more. My best friend wanted to stop to ask Mike to price his coin collection. They successfully did their business then I could finally ask if what I saw on a shelf was what I wanted... petrified wood. For a very reasonable price my childhood loss was remedied. Thanks, Mike. “Store is generally organized. The new self checkouts are quick and easy. Selection of various craft items is above average. Coupons are hard to find now, not much offered on the app. I'm finding they are more expensive than Joann's or other competitors. Their drive up pick up is easier than Joann's.”
