“Went in to get some cards looked at. The owner and his assistant, Dan and Kendra were amazing! Great personalities, patient and super thorough explaining things! We really appreciate the great customer service and will be back ?”
“I stopped in at Michael’s for a picture frame I needed and — as usual 😊 — ended up buying additional decor items needed for my new apartment, which was fun and gratifying! The vast array of craft and decor, plus the atmosphere and wonderful staff make it irresistible!”
“Nice clean store well kept, I had to walk all around to find what I was looking for, need something like a directory or paper map to find items quicker. Did see anyone on the floor to assist”
“This store has everything you'd hope to find... and more. My best friend wanted to stop to ask Mike to price his coin collection. They successfully did their business then I could finally ask if what I saw on a shelf was what I wanted... petrified wood. For a very reasonable price my childhood loss was remedied. Thanks, Mike. We will be back.

I was impressed several months ago... but today I was blown away. The young man who turned 13 today was over the moon by his gift, thanks to you. I've made sure everyone in his family knows how great you are! See you soon.”

“Lots of christmas decorations in addition to their usual mix of decorative household items and crafts. The only downside is the store isn't as well organized or as inviting as it used to be.”
