“I came in earlier to return an item that was $130 and the lady at the customer service counter rudely turned me away because the item was a “Ray’s List” item (for those who don’t know, it’s a non-returnable item). What this lady didn’t realize was that the store manager can decide based on the need of the department the item came from. With this knowledge I called and got confirmation to return the item. I got the guys name who authorized the return (which came in clutch) and went back for a successful return. The reason why I give five stars is because on my return trip, about 10 awesome people made up for the one rude lady and it’s not fair to point out the bad without pointing out the good. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it.”

“I love this store. I'm a welder and from the clothes to the tools i can browse the isles for a while. Except there's one problem that bothers me. The two employees i have encountered for a while now. There's a man who dresses like he's pretending to try to look like a girl and there's a girl who looks like she thinks she's Marilyn mansion or the Adam's family maybe? If it were hot topic id say ok i guess.... but tractor supply? neither one knows anything about tools, carhart clothing, farming, or anything the they sell in the store. I'm not trying to be super harsh but i just feel like a store that caters to a conservative rural blue collar demographic should hire people that best fit and serve there customer base. When i ask a question i don't want the employee to just look at the back of the box like i already have i want them to have at least a basic understanding of their products and the people who buy them. When your approach them needing help they oh at you like they are just ready to be offended and don't want TY be bothered TY have to work. Other than those two characters it is a very nice store and i enjoy shopping there.”

“We are new to raising chickens so when we stopped in here to purchase some things to get started we had the most friendliest and helpful associate, Frank! He took his time with us explaining the “do’s and don’ts” with chickens and gave my kids a little chicken lesson too! We will certainly use this tractor supply for whatever we may need to purchase in the future!”
