“took my shark vacuum in at 11 am to have the cord replaced. It was done at 2 the same day and in addition to fixing the cord they took apart all components and gave it a good cleaning. I didnt realize how much suction the vacuum lost until it was cleaned out, it works like brand new now. That alone was worth the $40 for the cord replacement. Excellent service & prices.”

“I was in the market for a new dishwasher. I went to Best Buy to check what they had and was not impressed. Also, not one employee offered any help. Next stop, Lowes. Same story on the selection and again limited customer service. I ended up at ABC Warehouse, where I was met at the door by a salesperson who took the time to actually sell me a new Bosch dishwasher. Thanks for taking my money.”

“I went to this store as part of my search for a new sewing machine and wanted to check out the Janome brand. The store had a lot packed into it and I wish I'd felt up to really checking out the fabrics and other items. The associate started helping me and was very informative and encouraging, no pressure. I'm not sure if she was one of the owners, but I REALLY was comfortable with her. An owner also came out from the back at one point, and started helping as well, and she was also very pleasant and personable. No pressure, steered me to a few different machines. If I decide to go either route, this is the place I will definitely go to. I still plan on going back to check the merchandise.”
