“Got 500 printed the same day. They called me and told me I need fix sizing and then printed when I re uploaded the cut zone. Amazing other places would have just printed not told me what to fix. 5 stars will be back!”
“I have been using the FedEx for about two years now. I’m surprised that the reviews are so low! Every time I go in there (which is pretty often for my line of work) the staff greets me and they are super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience with this location. For convenience, I did try to go to the UPS office at 21 and Gratiot but will never make that mistake again! The prints came out terrible the staff was very uneducated and customer service was awful. I’ll stick with this FedEx at Walmart! Again, not sure why the reviews are so low, I would encourage you to go back and give them a second chance because the staff there has been top notch for me.”
