“I went to this UPS location on Garfield and needed a box to return a tent. Jasmine was very professional and efficient. I was going to get smaller boxes but she recommended the 15x15 box instead. So I purchased 2 of those thinking I needed them both. Because of Jasmine being very knowledgeable and recommending the right size box, I only needed 1. Her great customer service allowed me to return one if the boxes that I didn’t need and saved me $16. In this economy that’s helpful.
