“We absolutely love stopping at Weiss Meats — it’s a family-owned, local spot we regularly go to for fresh meat and great service.

Everything always feels high quality and well cared for. Some of our favorites include the spinach and feta chicken sausage and the ground sirloin. They also have a great selection of marinated chicken breasts that are always fresh and easy for weeknight meals.

One of the things that makes this place stand out is the variety — they carry items you don’t usually see, like elk, alligator, rabbit, and venison. They also have a really nice selection of beers, including Yuengling which is always a bonus.

We also love the extras: jarred cherry salsa, different jams and sauces, cheeses, and even fresh produce. The giant green grapes are a favorite in our house — super crisp and sweet, and my 3-year-old loves them.

Customer service is always friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better.
