This was my first time at the store. The guy who helped me had just started about a week ago. He was outstanding. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions, a lot on my list and he helped me through it all. 3-5-2025 update. Still great service and friendly staff.

I've been coming to this hardware store for many years, and for the most part, they are a 5 star establishment. Today, however, while shopping, I was barraged by a number of obscenities from across the store as one of the employees was 'chatting' with another. The individual was a more senior employee who I recognized as someone who has worked at the store for years.
While I have found her polite in direct conversation, and I certainly use and have used such words, I would never in such a setting and never so casually. Society continues to normalize poor behavior, however, I will not accept it.

I dont know about the store itself or who's at fault but I had a package I dropped at the u.p.s station as a amazon return and it's still not at Amazon that was a couple weeks ago so I can't place blame

The people here are always friendly! I'm just making this so people know that they can't return amazon packages here unless they have the return label already on the box! They can't do the QR codes. Absolutely not their fault I just wanted to let people know so they can save time. The store is in Mt. Pleasant!
