Hunter at the front is always friendly and helpful. The mechanics, with what little actual interactions I have had with them, are always professional and explain issues well.
Usually quick to get you in within a few days and have only once had to leave a car longer than a day which was due to an unforeseen part being needed, but it was there first thing next day.”

“When you call for parts on a custom built truck and there is no year, make or model for them to tap, tap, tap into their computer they still know how to find the parts you need. Other box stores have no clue how to find what your looking for.”

“Took my vehicle in for the check engine light their was evp leak in the fuel system had purge value replaced then next day the light came back on the service team had me come right in and same code they took back in to shop at the end of the day was told the fuel line had been pinched and had a cut in it. The team was so helpful. My vehicle had been worked on at multiple places and no one could figure it out. I am so thankful to the service team you have made a life time customer!!!”

“Very friendly place. Easy to talk to and schedule an appointment. I dropped my Jeep off and took a walk around the area. Figuring I still had time to kill I went back to wait in the waiting area. As I walked in I was told they were nearly done. The price was exactly what was quoted and the work was top notch. I highly recommend this shop. I will be back if I need future service.”

“I searched for a couple days for a part for my car and the price for yhe part was ridiculous. When I called Zemko's and was quoted the price I was a happy camper. They had the part I needed, already pulled and in their stock inventory and at a significantly lower price than anywhere else, including online used part stores. Shannon was great to work with and overall it was a pretty good experience. Fast service, in and out. The only thing I would suggest to make the experience better would be to get that girl some AC up in that office. Damn guys! Women are much better to deal with when they are comfy and don't have sweat running down their back to their bungholio! Just a suggestion...lol
Fir real though, go and see Shannon at Zemko. Chances are very good that you will find their huge inventory of parts, quick service and Shannon a delight to deal with. Bring your cash also. No checks or credit cards accepted. She keeps it easy!
Side note....be a pal and take Shannon an ice cold bottle of water or a fountain water filled with ice. If you are feeling generous....ice tea or lemonade would be exceptional! Remember....
