“On a road trip our alternator was failing fast. I looked up repair shops near us and Erskine showed up with so many glowing reviews from people in situations just like us. We got to them in 8 minutes, they came right out and checked the issue, had an alternator delivered to their shop within an hour and had it repaired with a couple more. On top of that they took me and my little family down the street to Wilson's State Park so our kids could swim while we waited. Phenomenal shop, phenomenal service, phenomenal people.”

“We had a slow oil leak and a rattling from under our vehicle. We are supposed to be leaving to go up north tomorrow and I called Jefferson motor service at 4 PM today (Thursday) expressing concern about driving it. Even with a busy schedule and closing at 5pm, Kenneth asked if I could bring it in right away and he would take a look at it for me. I was home with a new, properly sealed oil filter and a tightened up heat shield (hence the rattling) within one hour. I could not have hoped for better service and a kinder staff. That’s the fastest I’ve ever left an auto service center!”

“I've been going to Dave's Auto Repair for about 3 years now. When the repair shop I used to go to had permanently closed, I originally sought out one closer to home but they couldn't take on my repair, so I went to Dave's. He has done things for all our vehicles such as full inspections, battery replacement, oil changes, brake jobs and more recently a 100,000 mile service. Each time he and his technicians have done excellent work at a reasonable labor rate.”
