And I say this even though they quite politely, pointed out I was wrong in my assumption about my tank not working properly! Each person was incredibly responsive, getting back to me promptly, explaining what steps they were going to take, etc., and following up. In an era of pushing off customer service into mistake laden chatbots, it was refreshing to talking to human beings that knew what they were doing. Great job Nicole and team members...whose names I unfortunately forgot!”
