“I've gotten fantastic service from Blue Flame. The driveway at our cabin is steep and can get icy. When I was having a hard time getting snow removal arranged and had a very low tank, they actually sent a company plow truck and got the delivery done. Amazing!”

“We bought our place in oct and the tank was already attached, DTE just got available in the area and couldn’t get it switched over before winter, I called and had to sign a paper that I would use a certain amount for that year billing cycle or I would have to pay 199 , I knew I would be having to pay because I was switching to DTE but needed to get through the winter, I was able to get help with filling it and got filled in November and stretched out the propane till march, was also told there was a pick up fee…… I can’t say anything about other peoples experiences, this was mine. When I was ready for the tank to be taken I called the office in Clare and the lady I spoke with was very nice. I explained about how I signed the paper that said I had to pay 199 if I didn’t use a certain amount in the year, she told me, I would not be charged for that. I was told there was a fee to come get it, but that if there was some left in it, it usually evens out. I had 30% left. she again said she wouldn’t charge me, and since I got emergency help, any refund would go back to the program that helped me. I’m very thankful and greatful”

“Very prompt and professional service. Came out and checked appliances, added propane to hold us over for a few days, and returned to fill two days later. Thank you.”
