“Great service on oil change and tire rotation! Friendly and fast! While I sat in the waiting room at MDP today, I heard a conversation between an older gentleman and one of the service mechanics. After the mechanic was able to look inspect his vehicle, he came out and told the older gentleman that everything tested fine with his alternator and he shouldn't have any issues or concerns with it being close to failing. Everything was fine. The man was relieved and happily left without a repair bill. Had this been a money grab shop, this could have easily resulted in a hefty invoice. You hear stories of that happening and it's awful. Not from this shop! Thanks MDP. Grateful customers c2 today.”

“Great work, speedy work, proper work. Not too expensive pretty reasonably priced.
First visit: approx 163k miles, 2011 Chrysler 200....CEL would come on and limp mode periodically. Replaced intake and exhaust cams, worked hard to get them in one day, it was a blizzard but they still got some in all the way from Grand Rapids. They also replaced a ball joint and my ride was much smoother. I paid like $830 I think, pretty reasonable some would have gouged me. Repair to engine has lasted 20k more miles no CEL or limp mode, still running great.
2nd visit: had ABS and stabilitrak lights come on, replaced a wheel bearing, tone ring and sway bar linkage, $777.77, but was done same day and nothing else like 1000 miles later, again riding much more smoothly.
Their employees are friendly, reasonable and professional. If you are in the Jackson area I highly recommend this shop.”
“First time using Glass Doctor. Used them to replace the window in our French door. The replacement went seamless, cost was fair and the door looks like new again. Honestly came out better then we thought so we have a couple of other glass projects we will likely use them for in the near future. Also they offer 10% discount for First responders and Veterans and that always helps when choosing someone. Overall 5 stars, no complaints”

“My son took his car to another dependable auto shop in Jackson for his auto repair but they said that his car (in stock condition) was too low for them to do his alignment.
I went to school (I live out of town) with Kevin and remembered his dad’s shop; so I told my son to call Kutcha’s to see if they could do it and they told him to bring it over. He did and my son is very happy with his alignment.”

“Karl at Masters Garage has fixed three of my vehicles on multiple occasions now. Multiple times he has given me advice on where I can take my car that may do it cheaper. He’s very much about resolving the core issue and I’ve not taken my cars back for the same issue once he’s addressed it. I believe he gives a warranty on the work but I wouldn’t know, I’ve never needed to take him up on it.”
“Honest. You can trust them. Driving on dirt roads up north, thought I heard a knocking from the rear strut. They checked all suspension, brakes, and test drove it twice. Said nothing was wrong. Charged me nothing.”
