“Our minivan was in a TERRIBLE way and in need of an engine and Gott’s came on recommendation from another local shop.
There was an additional day or two added to the time estimation in waiting on the replacement to arrive. As well another day or two for additional work/parts, which was revealed only after the replacement.
ALL of which was absolutely expected given the scope of the work, nevertheless the patience was well rewarded. They really went above and beyond.

They found another open recall and completed both fixes the same day. It was a good experience and they did the work requested very fast. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.”
