“I had already determined the probable reason(s) for the engine code. I explained to the Service Center what was going on and the Special Bulletin it was covered under. They found another open recall and completed both fixes the same day. It was a good experience and they did the work requested very fast. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.”

Needed a new tailgate for my truck, a relatively small job, with not a lot of profit margin for the company. The amount of time and effort Bob and Matt put into my job was remarkable. Bob was able to track down a custom/rare decal for the job, while Matt did everything he could to get me the best deal on the tailgate. It is so rare to find a company that will put this much effort into making their customers satisfied.
