“Monica T. and Nicole H. at this Dollar Tree location were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I was in a huge rush, and they were both so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful the entire time. They were very knowledgeable about all of the Dollar Tree products and quickly helped me find everything I needed without making me feel stressed or rushed.
Their customer service truly stood out. Both Monica and Nicole were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me have a good experience. It’s not often you come across employees who are not only efficient, but also so warm and attentive. They made what could have been a very stressful shopping trip so much easier, and I really appreciated their help.
Dollar Tree is lucky to have employees like Monica T. and Nicole H. They provided outstanding service, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.”

“I've been to several DT stores in my area and this is the largest, cleanest, most organized and well supplied I've been in - it took a couple visits to learn the layout, where the household items I normally purchase, browse the larger food section, and the new items I've never seen in the other DT stores, and price check the items that have increased - staff is courteous and very willing to be of assistance when needed - it's an adventure and as it's still within my 'area of travel' believe it will become my favorite store for finding everything I need in one place ?”

Unacceptable I may need to stop coming in. Customer service is very important. I was also rushed out of the store while it was completely empty. I will be contacting manager tim and if this isnt resolved corporate.”

“Friendly people work there, they are always available to help you and the line to check out is usually short.Store is clean, product is stocked and pulled to the front so, it looks full. I like coming here to get a few things. Personally I don't buy most of my groceries here because most of it is more expensive than other actual grocery stores”
“The people in these reviews are crazy, I've been going to this FD for awhile and it's always been good. Clean, well stocked, and the employees are always very nice and helpful. Maybe not jumping to help you with a massive smile and tons of enthusiasm but who is nowadays? It's unrealistic to expect them to be overly happy and energetic all the time. They are decently good at their jobs and friendly/helpful which is what matters. This is a very good family dollar.”

“Most improved award goes to this store. Thanks to more attentive management, there are no longer boxes of merchandise stacked in the aisles and the shelves are clean with merchandise better organized. Only two negatives for this location: 1) Store hours reduced due to lack of employees 2) roof leaks.”

“This is one of the bigger dollar trees that have a wider selection of products which I like. Many of my local dollar trees tend to be out of stock in most things. I wish price labeling was more clear in this location since now items can be 1.25, 1.50 and so on, but there's only so much employees can do on that front.”
“An excellent shopping experience! Nora and Sherri went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for my classroom. Even going as far as checking multiple isles with me, and helping me look online. This is a great Dollar Tree to shop!”
“The manager at this store is the whole reason why I go there, he actually does a good job and he's not rude. Everybody there is nice unlike the horrible location on University drive and the one on Walton boulevard.. now those two stores should be avoided at all costs and are being ran by hoodrats. I live behind the Dollar general on University and I still choose to drive all the way to this one because it's that much better and you don't have to deal with any drug dealing and these people treating it like it's their own hangout instead of a workplace”
“I love this Dollar Tree it's one of the only ones that I go to on a regular basis! The staff is incredible I can't say enough good things about each and every one of them! The only thing I will say, and it certainly is not the employee's fault, is that all Dollar trees are different. I go to one and find a great product and I go back to buy it again and they're out of stock. So then I go searching every Dollar Tree I know of, and I still can't find the product! Such a bummer because I would buy a whole case if I found this again! I'm going to look online and see if there's any way I can buy it there. Nothing but five star ratings another exception is when their air conditioning is out. These lovely people that work in the store work so hard and are always so kind and helpful they absolutely deserve a raise and they most certainly deserve air conditioning!”
“While this store has gone through a lot of disarray with short shafted/rude staff in the past, but the gentleman who’s often running the register is always incredibly nice to talk to, he makes an effort to make conversation and is overall always a positive experience when he’s working !”
“Christmas Eve day I went over to the store to get a few things more like 2:00. It was a young lady that working there. She was all alone She had like 10 people in front of me and 10 or 15 behind me. She was pleasant. Smile on her face. Amazing attitude. I'd would have lost my mind whatsoever Hired her you're not paying her enough. I wish I knew her name. She had dark hair and glasses but she was so pleasant and so patient never once lost her cool. I love the new management and I love your new staff, especially this young lady. I wish I'd have gotten her name
It was under different management before or so we quit going there. Now we're back

“Just wanted to make this a known fact, that Dollar General employee's have NO control over anyone's Dollar General Digitals!!! Also we have no control of the site!(As in what's in stock and whats not) so please respect everyone as we all are trying to make it threw this terrible pandemic and not scream and yell at anyone over any of that!

“This is the Dollar General I go to the most because it's closest to my house. I think it's better than most Dollar Generals as far as Dollar Generals go. Still, the vibe is very Dollar General-y. If you know, you know and if you don't know, I don't really know what to say. Going to a Dollar General isn't just a quick stop at a store, it's a whole experience and call me weird but I kind of like it for that. At this Dollar General, for instance, the button you press to get the staff to come check you out broke so they replaced it with a rubber chicken for a while. ? If you don't appreciate stuff like that, go shop somewhere else, you don't understand Dollar General.”
