I was unable to make it through the entire workout (just getting back into the working out after several years without) and Tricia was so supportive, applauding me for my effort and showing up! “I’ve been coming here for a couple of months, mostly early mornings before work. It’s quieter at that time, and I can move through my routine without interruptions. The lighting and space make it easy to stay focused. One thing I appreciate is how often the staff clean the equipment, especially after busy hours. There was a brief issue with one of the cable machines being out of order, but it was repaired within a few days. It’s not a flashy gym, but it’s consistent, which matters more for me.”

“I have been coming to this gym for about a year. Overall, everything has been good except for the cleanliness. That was the only issue that bothered my husband and me, especially compared to other gyms. The machines and floors used to be very dirty, and the gym often had an unpleasant smell. However, as of Spring 2026, they hired a new janitor, and the difference is incredible. This is the first time we’ve seen the gym truly clean. There’s no bad smell anymore, the equipment is well maintained, and even the bathrooms smell fresh. He is doing an excellent job, and I really hope the gym recognizes and takes good care of him.”

“This is an excellent gym for the average person wishing to improve their health and strength. The facility is kept clean with attendants in the building Monday-Friday during the day. My wife and I are signed up under the Silver Sneakers program. It has made a huge difference in our life. For more Senior members of the community, this is a great place.”
