Kroger offers a wide selection of food and household products from popular brands, making it a convenient place for shopping. The store is usually clean, and staff members are helpful and friendly, with some employees going above and beyond to assist customers. Many customers appreciate the good service and the helpfulness of associates, which has kept them coming back over the years. However, the store sometimes faces challenges with stock levels, as shelves can be empty, and fresh produce, especially organic items, often spoil quickly within 24-48 hours. Prices are considered high by some, and not all products are labeled for specific dietary needs like WIC or gluten-free options. The store has a good selection of world foods, but prices may not be the most competitive. Overall, Kroger is valued for its helpful staff, convenient location, and wide product range, despite occasional issues with produce freshness and stock availability.
They put signs in front of the main entrance doors 90 minutes before closing. I could understand trying to deter customers 15 minutes before closing, but blocking the doors at 8:30pm is absurd. Additionally, I’ve walked in at 5:30 pm and the second set of self-checkout registers are already closed.

It’s always way too packed, the parking lot is a nightmare and it kind of musty inside. But the prices are better than other local grocery stores.

I hate going to Kroger and have to leave because they didn't stock the shelves. And when you ask someone to help you with your order. They won't put it on the shelf for you to make a purchase.
