This review isn’t a reflection of anyone in the store but hopefully does help prompt Kroger to look more closely into their policies if necessary. During this “severe thunderstorm warning” storm tonight, they’re still sending people out to fulfill the grocery pickup thing. The young lady was sopping wet out there with NO RAIN GEAR whatsoever and had to have been miserable. Personally, I’d have quit, but I just hope that corporate gives the stores some degree of latitude to pause the grocery pickup or at an absolute minimum get these kids the necessary PPE for working in bad weather. I really hope she wasn’t required to be out fulfilling orders in this weather, but she was in it nonetheless doing just that.

Clean, nice staff, but a Tres Leche Cake shouldn't be so soggy the cake is disintegrating. Disgusting.

This location has really gone downhill. It’s dirty, poorly stocked. I only shop here for 1-off items.

The deli doesn't answer the phone. I waited a half an hour for them to pick up the phone, then I finally have to call customer service desk for a deli price, and the lady got annoyed, then she sent me over there again, even after I told her nobody's answering in the deli. She made me wait another half an hour. I had to call her back, and I said why did did she do that, when I told her they wouldn't answer. She was rude, she didn't care, and she hung up. This is a poorly run store. The person that shops there and buys hundreds of dollars worth of groceries every week for his company, heard the phone calls, and he said he's going to stop going there, because of this woman, and the deli not answering. This happened on Sunday March 30, at 3:25.

Dirtiest Kroger I've ever been to. Strange that the location itself isn't bad. It seems as though the manager (or whoever runs this location) just doesn't seem to care. Skip this location, and go to either the one on Sashabaw, or further up Dixie near Springfield. Those two are a much better (cleaner, stocked shelves) shopping experience.

Enoch rocks! I just picked up my first grocery order and wasn’t sure how it would go. Well, it went great! Enoch was efficient and respectful, very nice young man and everything I ordered was available. I definitely will be picking up again, great experience.

They will not hire enough cashiers. One area with self check-out is completely closed. This is unprofessional & disappointing. (Please note: this is a Wednesday, early evening, notice the long line in the attached picture.)
