“Wife and I came in to see what their prices were. Ended up getting a new phone and canceling our plan with T—mobile. The two gentlemen that helped us, were awesome and are quick at what they do! Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a phone store.”

“I cannot say thank you enough to the employees at this store. (Dixie and M15) Got a message 25 minutes to closing time that my replacement device was ready to go and they stayed open for me because I wasnt going to make it before they closed. It was only a few minutes but it meant the world because now my son will have his replacement tablet!! Thank you tmobile!”

“I was on the phone with technical support for 2 hours. They were unable to help me. I walked into T-Mobile and Kurtis only took 5 minutes to solve the problem. Kurtis is a definite asset to T-Mobile.”
