“I was in there today and a storm hit and the roof was coming off and rain was getting on everything my heart was aching for them I helped as long as I could to get stuff moved to a dry spot but they were in a very desperate situation. The lights started flashing and it was so intense! Please pray for the owners! As we drove away I saw more of the roof come off. I'm going in the AM to offer my help cleaning. God sent me there for a reason now I'll let him work through me to help as much as I can.”
“Enjoy the experience so much that the drive from the far east side doesn't hinder me. The store is about 50 percent book space and the other half fun reading/writing related merch. The staff is great and extremely knowledgeable about todays reader needs.”
“I love coming to this bookstore. There’s always a wide selection of books to choose from, at very reasonable prices. Currently the parking ramp nearby gives you two hours of free parking, so you can shop without having to worry about paying a meter.”

“This is my 2nd time stopping by I couldn't find "the glasses" for my husband and I. They just happened to be giving them away. I was informed by a young lady at the bank. We got our free glasses but I popped in to get my daughter a puzzle and grabbed a book. It's super cute.”
“So it's my partners birthday, and he's a huge Anne Rice fan. Hmmm, I thought. So I googled and this site came up with a 1st edition of Interview of a Vampire. WOW !!! Okay, so that's great. But the story just began. I called. Yes the book was available. It turned out that owner was chatting with me. What a great person - kind, friendly, and so into his books. I mentioned my short time frame - birthday and all. He assured me no problem. I got a lot of emails confirming the status, and arrival, and it even came ahead of plan. This is a shop we should all support. Books are so important in a digital world. Thanks for all the help. I give my partner the book tomorrow and can't wait to see his smile!”
“They have a great selection of both new and used items. Fantastic place for comics and funko pop! Not the best at trade in vale for your items. Feels like they have 80 to 90% margin on their used items. It's better to sell your items elsewhere.”
“Cute shop in the corner of the strip mall. The owner was extremely friendly but not pushy, letting me browse to my satisfaction. Catholic theme throughout with sections categorized by Sacrament. Although there are many items available for those who aren’t Catholic. I ended up buying a paper weight and mug, both which were reasonably priced. Parking is free.”
“Great selection of antiquarian books! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Most of the antiquarian books were cheap, too. Some were in bad condition, but mostly good. Would definitely recommend!”

I loved being there everything from history to Bible to Hitchcock and so many other books that either I haven't seen before or that I haven't seen in a long time.It is very refreshing to find a shop with so many different topics and types of things. There were even books on self help and some politics just to name a few :)”

He had a few things I was looking for but he encouraged me to get to his shop because he said that he would have a lot of it there, (I was searching for a wide variety of 45’s).When I got there he had my list and started his search. He easily found 50+ records that were on my list. He was awesome and kind. I won’t hesitate to head his way again. I’m not a record expert and don’t claim to be BUT Richard IS!Thank you for your help and fair prices!”

“This Barnes & Noble is located on the Wayne state university campus. As expected in Midtown the parking is street parking. Upon entering the building there is a separate café that is different from the Starbucks café. There is a lot of Wayne State merch. Office supplies were largely marked up. I came mostly for the Barnes & Noble aspect, I was disappointed in the limited selection of books- only 5 to 6 rows of books that were mostly geared towards young adult and fiction. The Starbucks city area was quite large with many students studying it hanging out. I would consider this location if you're already in the area and need a place to get Coffee or do work, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to check this place out unless you really need to for the bookstore.”
