CVS is an amazing store with a kind and friendly staff. The customers appreciate the great customer service they receive when visiting the store. The manager and Fay, in particular, always go above and beyond to provide personable and helpful service with a smile. Customers note that Fay is wonderful, always answering questions correctly and assisting with payments without any confusion or mistakes. Jamilla and Maria are also described as helpful and courteous, impressing customers with the overall excellent customer service at the store. Even when faced with a rush and issues at the self-checkout, the team member was able to assist the customer and get them out in time. The pharmacy staff at this location is excellent! They're very professional and friendly. They always try to help solve issues with insurance or other problems and generally can get prescriptions filled quickly. The front end staff is also good at this store - friendly and helpful.
