“We went to Dollar Tree to grab decorations for my daughter’s birthday party, and the trip couldn’t have gone smoother. The store was quiet and calm, which was exactly what I wanted while trying to find party supplies. We picked up unicorn-themed decorations, plates, napkins, balloons—you name it, they had it.
I even grabbed a $1.25 USB vacuum, which gave us a good laugh later when it barely had any suction power. But hey, for $1.25, what do you expect? ? Overall, it was a great trip, and I’d definitely recommend this Dollar Tree location. It’s bigger than most, and there’s a good variety of products to choose from.”
“Great place it find great items they have almost a bit of everything non here from drink ware to water bottles and a large toy selection. I really have no complaints with this place. It is hands down the largest dollar store I have ever seen. They even have genuine las Vegas casino cards. They have lighters, snacks, luggage sets all the way down to cap guns and cheap tools and hardware, they also sell furniture and rights. This store literally has everything.”

“My family and I moved to this area because of the Mormon community. We needed some basic essentials and came upon this dollar center, let me tell you this dollar center is anything but basic . Immediately upon walking in a nice young man named joni greeted us immediately. He confidently & diligently walked us around the store, isle by isle, step by step, item by item. We got there at 11:30 & didn’t leave till around 4:30pm. We purchased so so many amazingly priced products & only spent 744 dollars, I know for a fact if we purchased the same products at Sam’s club or target it would have been at around 800 dollars. God bless you joni, thank you for everything you did for my Mormon family.”

“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”

Big Lots on Southfield Road in Southfield, Michigan holds a special place in my heart, as it was a nostalgic spot for me and my late aunt. We used to frequent this store for quick shopping trips, and I have fond memories of her waiting in the furniture area while I grabbed the things I needed. This Wednesday, I visited Big Lots without her, and while bittersweet, it was a rewarding experience.
I took advantage of my 20% off rewards to purchase toiletries, and I was pleased with the selection and prices. Although there was a slight wait in line due to only one person serving, she was efficient and cordial, making the process smooth and pleasant.
While the visit brought back memories of shopping with my aunt, I also appreciated the convenience and affordability of Big Lots. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness added to the positive experience.
Overall, I would recommend Big Lots on Southfield Road for its great deals, friendly service, and nostalgic charm. Thank you for a memorable visit.
