“I was driving, looking for an automotive shop, somewhere I had picked up a screw in the middle of tread, left front tire.I pulled into parking lot of Springfield Automotive (corner Avenue A & 20th street).I explained my tire delimia, guy said just few minutes as he was working on another car.He returned with a few tools.He quickly pulled out screw, and placed a "plug" where he pulled out screw. Gave me couple driving tips for a wet, cool mid-morning.I went for my bag to get $$;He replied "your all set, there is no charge" as he walked away from my car.Great Customer Service!Not that he did not charge me,But the mannerism he displayed in his work and conversation.Service: Tires”

“I absolutely LOVE my new F-250!! I had been shopping for months before I met Curtis Wolf at Lakeview Ford. I never imagined how easy this process would be to find the perfect truck to meet the needs of my family and buisness. Curtis was very detailed with explaining all the new features and options I was not used to. (My previous truck was an f-150) My favorite feature is the Pro-Trailer technology. I haul trailers everyday, often times disconnecting them and reattaching them multiple times a day. The Pro-Trailer feature backs up my truck and gets it perfectly in line to attach the trailer. I LOVE THIS!! Saves me so much time! All of the staff at Lakeview Ford were wonderful. I’m very thankful for meeting Curtis Wolf. He has gone above and beyond with customer service. He helped me find the perfect tonneau cover, made sure my truck was sparkly clean for pick up, and followed up with me after I drove it off the lot to make sure I knew how to work all the features. “Had a flat on one of our medium duty trucks. We called around for a new set of front steer tires, but were coming up empty handed or given a 3 week wait to even get into the shop. Heard back from Perkins Tire within 15 minutes after calling. They had the tires on the shelf so we swung down with the old wheels and tires. They got them swapped with new valve stems in under an hour. They saved the day, thanks!”

“I was referred to Rusty's by Bob and Mary Greene (Mark). I took care of their Aunt at work. They told me to come here for oil changes which I am, but I had to bring my sons 2003 Cadillac here because the breaks and wheels and stuff (excuse me I don't know much about cars LOL) and they got him in ASAP, he's been without his car, his baby, for a while and I WAS ECSTATIC that they got him in so fast. They found the issue and the communication was amazing. “Vary honest mechanic always solves my issues they have at least a week or 2 of work ahead of you when you call because they really will fix your issue. i went in and said my jeep had a miss fire on a fuel injector and he took his time and found out that it was a antifreeze issue and put stop leek in their and got it running smooth, he was vary honest and could have just replaced what i told him and i would still have an issue. he is smart and knows what he is doing and wont rip you off like most people. also if you need a mechanic to replace a battery then you might want to do that your self if your so upset about it, mac is good and has served my family for some years now.”
