“2025 Silverado. I scraped a rock on the right rear gouged it pretty good.
Dropped the truck off thurs. the following tues. it was done and pristine condition inside and out, like new.
The bumper, taillight, top of bed liner removed to fix the damage about the size of a basketball. The whole right side of the box repainted.
Excellent work, excellent service. Austin the manager kept me up to date the whole time.

“Great service, knowledgeable, reasonable, and timely. After coming highly reccomended by friends and family I Took my 2013 Durango in with some very strange electrical problems, I had already done everything I knew to do to try to remedy the problem.. took 10 days to get in, charging for only 1 hour diagnostics they found the issue, and called me with a quote. took another 5 business days for the parts to get in and on that same day they called me and told me to come get my car, so far so good, it’s back to running as it should. Ted was my mechanic I didn’t get a chance to meet him but would still reccomend in a heartbeat… they used good oem parts, and took care of me? they also found a couple smaller issues and made me aware but didn’t pressure me to do those repairs right away unless I wanted to”

“July 2024 Update. Recently went got an oil change and coolant flush. After getting home I discovered an issue of concern which I contacted Uncle Ed's through their website about.
The next day I was contacted by a district manager (Jerrod?) who arranged a time for me to come into Uncle Ed's to take a look at the problem. The next day they spent a total of about 45 minutes going through things to figure out the issue and finally identified and found a solution. Repeating what I said earlier this year, they pay attention to detail and work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied!

“If I could give One Stop Express Lube 10 stars, I would.
We're not from Battle Creek - our son played baseball there this summer. While driving to Michigan to start his season, he had car trouble. Turned out to be major car trouble. Justin and his staff were extremely help to our son, keeping his car going and safe until we could come up with a solution to our situation. In other words, they saved us.
While later visiting our son, we stopped by for an oil change. Quickest oil change ever. Out the door in no time, at a great price. The guys couldn't have been nicer or more professional.
It gets better.
One week after the oil change, we were back for another visit. We went across very bumpy railroad tracks, and our check engine light immediately started flashing. Uh oh. We knew where to go for help!
Justin and his staff ran the check engine diagnostics, then found a broken part under the hood. They suggested we not try to drive the car home - it's about a 3-1/2 hour drive. We thought we were cooked.
But Justin called an auto parts store for us and told the store what part we needed. We picked it up, and returned to One Stop Express Lube. Justin and his staff removed the old part, installed the new one, ran additional diagnostics to make sure things were good to go, and sent us one our way. They saved our family again.
I've never seen a business - of any sort - go above and beyond like this. We can't thank the folks at One Stop Express Lube enough, or recommend them more highly.”

We brought in our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT because we suspected a wheel bearing issue. After dropping it off, they quickly confirmed it was the right rear wheel bearing and got it repaired in a timely manner—and at a very fair price.
What stood out the most was their integrity. They didn’t try to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs, which has unfortunately been my experience at other shops. Instead, they focused on exactly what we needed and took great care of us.

“I drove almost 3 hours for my used Pilot, they were very honest, easy to work with and it came with a 4 year 24,000 mile warranty, no extra charge for the warranty. My Pilot had 153,000 miles on it, I drove it to 195,000 when it was totaled by a tree falling on it. That car never gave me a drop of trouble! Lakeview Ford called me at the 1 year mark then again st the 2 year mark to make sure I was happy with it. I highly recommend them! My experience was very enjoyable!”

“Bought a 2022 Lincoln Corsair from Carvana. It showed up with a seat needing a repair (hard shell separation from leather and common for Corsairs). Carvana warranty sent me to Gerber on Capital for the repair. Chad and Allison were AMAZING! Super simple process for a customer. Didn’t take long to repair and they cleaned my car better than Carvana did at delivery! lol. Hoping I don’t need them again but will for sure go there on my own, if I do.”
