“We were close to this repair shop when our 2007 Toyota Camry with 285K miles would not start. Battery jump did not work. I googled for a shop close by and found Westnedge Auto with great reviews. They found the starter to be bad and replaced it that same afternoon! The boss man was super nice, and the cost was very reasonable!”

“These folks really helped me out today. I needed a used car inspection done for a car I hoped to purchase off of FB marketplace. I live 60 miles away so it was impractical to bring the car to my regular mechanic. They worked me in to their already-busy schedule (Monday after the holiday weekend) so that I could make a purchasing decision quickly. The inspection was informative, reasonably priced, and helpful to both me and the seller of the car. I bought the car, and the seller says he's taking his new car there for service in the future. “I've been to four different oil change shops in the last 45 years. Also I've been to three different dealerships and had oil changed there too. The Jiffy Lube out on West Main Street in Kalamazoo is absolutely the best oil change center I've ever been to in my life. Others were satisfactory most of the time but I did have trouble but each one of them including the dealerships. I actually look forward to coming to Jiffy Lube. Those guys are honest and of something needs changing I tell you and if it doesn't they show you that it doesn't. Also the supplies that they use including the the oils are top shelf. Also want to shout out to the workers down in the pit draining the oil and checking the important areas of the undercarriage. In my opinion they're unsung heroes. Please keep up the good work glad to see I've been dealing with the same guys for the last 3 years and they know me by name. That franchise is always clean and you can tell the licensed mechanics really know their craft. It takes a lot for me to trust somebody around a vehicle. Again I say I look forward to coming into that store getting my vehicle serviced. I trust them. I'll be back in 5,000 miles.”
“I've been going to this same Uncle Ed's since I moved to Michigan about 7 years ago, and every time it was quick and easy, mostly due to the same bearded fellow taking care of business. I don't know his name but he's been there every time I go and he's been nothing short of friendly, efficient, and helpful to the point of bird-dogging parts from another store when time became an issue. Just want to shoot him some appreciation after close to a decade of service.”

“My f55 Altec bucket truck had a flat on the passenger rear outside tire.
I went in and asked the service desk if they were able to assist me or I would end up calling for a tow.
They came out in the heat free of charge. Trying to get my tire aired back up. The bead ended up unseating so it would not hold air. They went and got a jack and jacked the rear of my truck up. And proceeded to reseat the bead of my tire. And also fill me with 80psi for free.
The guys here are courtesy, caring, and all around great people. I never take my personal vehicles anywhere but id bring them here after what they did for me and my work truck. Saving the day.”

“This shop is a Class Act! Super clean, responsive and very fair. I had a terrifying experience while trapped on the highway for several miles yesterday, with a undercarriage splash shield that suddenly came loose on my 2014 Ford Fusion. The noise of the scraping was horrifying. Luckily, I made it safely off the highway, stopped at Bob & Kay's Shell on Stadium and Ava helped me figure what had come loose and highly recommended Walters Auto Service. I called today and they promptly removed it so I could get back on the road safely. They've more than earned my business, thank you so much to Ava and Walters for your incredible kindness!”
