The prices are fair and their work is impeccable.

βGreat place, first experience with them was 10 years ago when my girlfriend at the time was getting an oil change. Although the faces may have changed since then, their professionalism and polite, courteous nature remained. Usually change my own oil but was unable to at the moment and called them. They were kind enough to use my oil at my own request and handled everything quickly and diligently. They treat customers with respect and are very adept at what they do.β
βThey are nice and friendly, asked any questions and they answer . Let me know about the specials they offered and applied them to what I was having done. Jay kept me informed on all that was happening with my car. Very pleased.β
βLet me start by saying I am a mechanic and don't usually take my vehicle to anyone for work except for certain situations. We took our car to EJs for a diagnosis on the transmission. EJ gave us a very informed and detailed description of the issues the car is experiencing as well as other things he found. He was thorough and informative and did a great job of due diligence. He had all the right answers to satisfy me that he is really concerned about the cars and customers. I feel the price was very fair and complete using only the best materials as it should be.
In the end we didn't fix the car due to cost and worth. EJ agreed with our decision to not move forward and charged us nothing for the diagnosis or for the few days it sat waiting to be picked up.
It didn't look like they needed the work, but if you need a good service shop, check out EJs!β
βJune 24 I had my 2004 ram towed in because it dropped the driveshaft (the rear end went out) They took care of me and are honest. I've had my truck in 3 different times and they resolved all my issues highly recommend this place.β
βI had a great experience here. They told me pricing up front, showed me the parts that were damaged and did a bumper to bumper review. I will return if I have repair car needs.β

βHuge out to to Richard Klaiss Jr for getting me into my brand new Bronco! He was working on closing 3 of us at the same time, and made sure we all were being attended to! We had a small wait, and he was amazing with making sure we had all the small things handled so that we could be in and out as fast as possible! My parents have been looking for a new salesperson to go through, and they are VERY excited to start using Richard as well!β
βThe fair quote given for the repair of my Ford Mustang was exactly what I paid at time of completion. I was kept up to date on the repair work that was being done. The work was completed in the amount of time promised and the car was returned clean and looking like brand new. What a FANTASTIC job done !β

βMy husband have been bringing our cars here for nearly 14-awesome years!! ???? We absolutely love and appreciate their signature customer care and it's the reason we return again and again. Normally, my husband would be doing the oil change but, I was in the vicinity and just pulled right in. I was hearing a winding noise and thought that it might just need some power steering fluid. Told my guy what the issue was ( that we just bought this pre-owned car ) and what my concerns were. He spotted my current sticker, which stated that I wasn't ready for a oil change but, he took a look anyways. He said I was low on my power steering fluid & trans-fluid and he topped off those and my oil ( not a dime!!) which was clean and good to go. Also needed a new windshield blade cause the current one was streaking so badly. And here again is the reason why we love coming here; cause when he took off the blade, he noticed that the blade still had a guard on it, hence the reason for the streaking!! He brought it to my window to show me the culprit, that infact the blade was brand new, with the guard still attached. See, it's all about the honesty for me! Because women often get taken advantage of in this instances (when we don't know) and get bled-dry with the bill!
But, not here my ladies! Bring it on around, my fellas gotcha right, here!! I was also glad to see one of the old-head still around (and working!!!! ) keeping his youngins doing right.

Had a vehicle repaired here a little over a year ago and the repair came with a 2 year warranty. The repair failed after about 14 months so Iβm rough the vehicle back in to have it looked at. Without me asking they identified the recent repair and acknowledged it was their own mistake and took care of the second repair bill after showing I had paid for the initial repair there. Every shop makes a mistake, almost none of them will admit it was their doing and there is always a cost. This is an honest shop doing good work and Iβd recommend this place to anyone that needs muffler workβ
βVery friendly kind and patient even with me having my one year old child. Gave me a great deal due to holiday tomorrow. Would definitely recommend them for any repair and car troublesβ

βOMG!!!! Prior to choosing this repair shop I googled and read the reviews, and boy oh boy, Jeff and the entire team was incredibly professional and honest about the repairs my car needed. βA very difficult time for me was alleviated by the Service Manager Jeff. He was kind, knowledgeable and kept his word. Doogan my Service Advisor was a bright spot with efficiency and a smile. βHANKβs Auto was recommended to me to resolve an electrical issue on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade. Something was draining my battery within 24β48 hours, which was extremely frustrating. I had previously taken my truck to another shop that failed to fix the problemβdespite charging me a hefty amount.
I decided to give it one last shot and brought my truck to HANKβs. The 5-star reviews I saw on Google were absolutely accurate! The team was professional, communicative, and Autumn kept me updated throughout the process. Steve provided a fair estimate and diagnosed the issue quicklyβno small feat, considering electrical problems on modern vehicles packed with electronics can be tricky.
I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. After more than a month, I can confidently say the issue is fixed. I let the truck sit for several daysβNO battery drain! I not only recommend HANKβs Auto, but Iβll definitely return if any of my vehicles need service. Thank you, HANKβs!β
βNeeded a tire for my daughter's car. Called and they said $60. I went up there and was in and out. No wait time. They had me pull into the bay and I was done in 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and pointed out an issue I should address with the front end as it looked dangerous. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, but suggest I have a mechanic look at it. Took it to my mechanic who said it needed front end work and was unsafe to drive (it's my daughter's car so I was clueless as I don't drive it). Definitely appreciate the heads up! Took it here because my daughter had a bad experience with discount tire (she spent several hundred dollars and I had to go up there because they took advantage of her not knowing better). Appreciate the honesty and the zero wait time. Definitely will recommend and use in the future.β
