“I think almost every person in my family has been going to Harrys since we have had cars. The prices are fair, it's a local business so they aren't promoting all these engine fuel cleaning services down your throat like when you go to a Victory Lane or other Chain places. The service is ALWAYS fast, most recently I went for a battery replacement (I had bought my own battery at the O'Reilly's in Saline). My battery was replaced within a 1-2 hours of me dropping my car off. I went and ate lunch and around the same time I finished lunch, my car was also ready to be picked up. If there ever is an issue or there is going to be a delay someone from Harrys will call you and let you know that and let you know why.”

“We took our 2020 Grand Cherokee to Genthe for a 4WD error. One replacement part led to another and before we knew it the repair cost skyrocketed. I don’t know what they did behind the scenes, but our service manager worked with the manufacturer and got the repair cost drastically reduced. We’ll continue to use Genthe for repairs on this vehicle, and they’ve definitely set themselves up as a trusted dealer should we purchase another Dodge, Jeep, etc.”
