“I had a fantastic experience at Flagstar Bank. I originally stopped in just to exchange some coins, but one of the branch leaders took the time to review my accounts and noticed my savings were earning lower interest due to an outdated offer. She followed up the very next day and helped update both accounts to much better rates — amazing customer service!
She also recommended I speak with one of their financial consultants, which led to me opening an annuity that I feel great about. I moved funds over from my credit union because of the level of care, professionalism, and follow-through I experienced here. Truly above and beyond!”

“Chase Banks R a fine financial institution... this bank has helpful associates to get started for checking/savings.. other accounts start-up.. Be cautious of spending tho.. maintaining YOUR minimum acct balance is DEFINITELY a REQUIREMENT for a GOOD standing acct.Besides it's a less "Headache" 2b "in trouble" w/a bank ANYWAY!???”

“Five stars to loan specialist Tiffany Ciavone and the auto loan team. I needed a last minute auto loan to buy out my lease, Tiffany anf the whole team made the whole process from application to finalizing the loan fast and easy. The branch was busy at the end of the month but I felt like I was their most important customer. They kept me updated and closed the loan faster than I hoped for. An overall great experience!”
