Just a note worthy shout out to Clinton Place maintenance crew, is usually on top of addressing all maintenance issues quickly. John and Adam is doing “A Great Job”! Keep up the good work.

John is the greatest maintenance man alive. He is very attentive to all his residents and completes maintenance requests in a very timely manner.John and Adam are very friendly and courteous and often stop for a short chat during their early morning duties.Hats off to them.

I’ve lived in places where the maintenance guys were useless, definitely not here. John and Adam are on top of any issues I’ve had. They’re friendly and good at what they do. Sometimes I feel like a bother because maintenance people in the past made me feel that way. I’ve never felt that here.
