“I had a previous post bt it was criticism of other MetroPC locations Not this location, however, This location is the Only one I choose for service currently! Iv gotten consistent & better help patience & results thn ANY Metro PC since they closed the flagship Main stores & that's been closed ovr 10 yrs ago. Theyre all franchised i presume it seems & Good customer service is not a priority but money is! Iv been a customer since the beginning. I hope I continue to get quality service here. I recommend Garfield!
I hv been Totally & Extremely disappointed in othrs like Ryan, Troy/Livernois which now has Rochester rd & Auburn locations & staff so No. Service was poor & attitude. They wanted to control your phone not Educate u or Show U! Don't take my phone in the back & return with it & the latter 2 locales were good for doing this! Can I say lack of trust/ transparency, indifference just make the $$$.

However they were sold out of the men's and I'm not sure what the brand of the parfume was as I would love to find a bigger bottle since they ran out. Could someone please help lol. I believe it started with an L but I could be wrong.”

“Have hot grill items but worker did not know what the new feature item was. There was also no sauce offered that went in combination with any of the grill items that they had or didn't have available at that time the lady behind the counter offered me mail and ketchup for my jalapeno cheese taquito ? The candy I wanted to purchase expired in January of this year. And As I was leaving there was a truck leaking fuel from the pump all down throughout the parking lot and exiting the driveway so when I got home a few blocks away I called the phone number on the receipt and it is not in service. Now this I believe is a very unsafe situation how does a business not have a phone number that's not in service and the owner claims to be safe and serve fresh hot food there was no pizza or any of the other featured items of the week available because the toaster oven was not working.**Update** I have since visited this store and changes have been made. I always have a lot of questions things before I buy them. This gentleman was unable to answer one of them which was not about a product but a new promotion that was starting and he said I do not have the answer for you right now if you can wait a few minutes I can get it for you but if not come back tomorrow at this time and I will have it for you. Everything was fresh and he offered to make me anything else that I would like.”
