“This is by far the cleanest convenience store I have ever been in. The liquor selection is large. And the employees are very, very friendly. Even walking in 2 minutes before they close, which I have done, they are super nice about it. I would stop in more often on my way home from work, but I work until 11 and they close at 11 except on weekends. Would rate 10 stars.”
“Every time I have been in here, they have been terrific. I just came from another store to buy lottery tickets that I said I was never going to go back into but I did. Did not buy the tickets there and made my way back here. They are always thoughtful and kind in the store. If you have to go a little ways out of your way they’re the way to go.”
“These gentlemen that run the store are the most family friendly people In town, but the fact that the owners make everyone so absolutely comfortable and make us feel like family is outstanding. I would do anything and everything for these guys just as they do for me and my family. I have a young daughter and she seriously lights up like a Christmas tree coming to this beer and wine store, and that says ALOT. Because my 6 year old is a picky picky person. Bless these men for continuing to run the neighborhood store! Love you guys!!!! You all would make Basil proud with what you’ve all done to better the store and neighborhood. Love you Amuus!”

“This place is absolutely the best in the area. There is everything from eggs cheese and milk. To soups and taco kits and cereal. You need some tinfoil, yep. Need some dog or cat food, and propane for the grill, yup. Maybe you need some icecream, garbage bags, cat litter, chicken noodle soup, whiskey, and some Gatorades. White claws, with a couple nice cigars and champagne, Yup they got it. The staff is amazing. Anything they don't have they'll order for you. Generally open till 11pm everyday, not sure about Sundays”

Recently stepped in and stepped up to help the Macomb Foster Closet provide drinks for a Back to School event..the smile on the faces of the kids being offered a Faygo pop was priceless. “My dad used to come here and get dehydrated meat sticks in bulk. The owner used to love him and would constantly sell him bags of meat sticks. I used to come in here with friends and return pop bottles to get snacks for the day. The owner was always very friendly and nice. Glad to see them still open!”

“As a professional chef myself, CHEF'S KISS! I got a slice of pizza, garlic parm wing dings, antipasto salad & onion rings. All I can say is Jets & Buddys have absolutely nothing on this place! My first there today & the young man was very patient & kind. Very professional! I love excellent service. But the food was exceptional! My wings were crispy, moist juicy flavorful! The pizza was amazing! Everything was outstanding! I'll be back again & again!”
