First, there was only one staff member receiving packages, and we were number 3 in line. About 5 minutes later, a second counter opened, which bumped us up to #2 in line. “This review is for the woman who helped make sure me and my kids were safe from a drunk homless person following us for a block or so. We went inside the store and I explained to the lady what happen.. So she let us stay inside the store a while, even letting my kids look at stuff like greeting cards, etc. until the person was out of the premises. she then even offered to walk us to our car that was parked several blocks away! This was not part of her job yet she was kind and watching out for me and my family, you do not see this type of kindness every day. ”

“a new employee urgently needs proper training. she incorrectly processed my amazon return. she took the box but didn't properly scan the return code. now the item is unaccounted for and I can't get a refund from amazon. other than this bad experience, the store is generally professional and efficient.the parking lot is very small and congested which makes going here unpleasant when it's busy.”

The notary service (which I have only used once, to be fair) is perfectly fine.The staff aren't actively *friendly* here, but no one has ever treated me rudely or otherwise made me feel uncomfortable returning.”
