“I had a wonderful experience with Ronnie's Auto Specialist. Even though they had a heavy workload, they still managed to get me in quickly. During the repair, they discovered a manufacturer’s error with a part that was delivered slightly damaged. Instead of cutting corners, they communicated with me right away, ordered a new part, and had the job finished the very next day.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I originally thought I would just come in, get the repair done, and move on with my day—but Ronnie’s went above and beyond. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the repair, but they also cleaned the inside of my car, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was shocked (in the best way) and very happy with their attention to detail.
What really stood out to me was their professionalism and the way they explained everything. I had visited three other places for estimates, and none of them explained the process from start to finish the way Ronnie’s did. They broke it down in terms a non-mechanic like me could understand, which made me feel confident and informed.

“My 15 year old permitted daughter was driving last night and was pulled over because my plate lights were burned out. I bought new bulbs today but did not have the tools to replace them before dark. I stopped in seeing he had 5 star reviews and asked if he could help me change the bulbs. Denny stopped what he was doing and spent 20 minutes outside in 19 degree temps and got them changed. My car is older and it was a bit of a struggle getting at the old bulbs. Denny (and his good buddy) were pleasant and friendly and helped me out so my daughter and I did not get pulled over again on my hour+ drive home to lapeer county tonight. Denny was my hero today and I genuinely appreciated his help.”

“Would absolutely recommend Elliott Automotive! Mr. Elliott went out of his way to get me in right away to give me a diagnose on my vehicle, and then informed me that my vehicle had an extended warranty on the issues. Once he realized my car was 2,000 miles over the extended warranty, he called Simms and went to bat for me. He was able to get Simms to honor part of the extended warranty! He even (at no charge) put some oil in my vehicle when he felt my oil level was too low to safely drive. Wow what outstanding customer service! Will definitely be going back!!”

The work was completed in 10 days, the time frame quoted, which was a lot less time then other shops fitting me in in 3 to 6 months.
