Dollar General has seen positive changes thanks to a new manager and dedicated staff, making the store feel more lively and well-maintained. Customers notice that the staff is friendly, helpful, and always busy helping, stocking, or assisting shoppers. The store offers a good selection of items, which is convenient for customers who can find what they need quickly. However, some reviews mention that the store is often messy, with items thrown all over the place, making navigation difficult despite the friendly staff. The store's appearance and overall condition also need improvement, as some customers feel it is in need of renovation and better organization. Despite these issues, the hardworking employees try their best given the circumstances, and many appreciate the convenience and the friendly service they receive. Overall, the store has potential, but improvements in cleanliness, organization, and facilities are needed.
Dirty and unorganized store but the employees are always nice and helpful.
