“Always has good deals...just don't buy the clothes and you will be fine. (you end up returning them anyway) but the socks are good! I buy them all the time. You get alot of bang for your buck with the amount of socks you get, and the store manager (Mindy) is always nice to me. (all her employees are) --- THANKS EVERYONE!”
“I L❤VE this specific Dollar Tree Establishment, due to it having a larger selection of items for purchasing, than other Dollar Tree establishments I've visited. It not only have personal home/yard items, it have items for children, personal items for yourself, or to give as gifts, random occasional cards, such as Sympathy, Husband, Wives, Birthday, Thinking of you, etc. cards, lots of food items, etc. The store employees seem to always be so helpful & respectful. Great hospitality. My personal opinion, it is So much in this store to love. I truly enjoy shopping here????‼”
“I was shocked at the nice selection of inexpensive Christmas ornaments. Whoever has been doing the buying for Dollar Tree this past year (2024) has been doing a bang-up job. I found many things besides ornaments that were worth purchasing. The glassware (beverage glasses) are excellent quality for the price. UPDATE: I have been back several times since my initial review, and this place never disappoints. The gardening selection in spring 2025 was exceptional.”
“Very clean, great staff. I use to go to Walmart but not no more. Family Dollar has almost everything that Walmart does, only they don't have the crowd. I love Family Dollar in Genesee Township. Keep up the good work.”
“All great with supplies Drinks of all kinds. Lots of different things kids merchandise food, toiletries . Clean place just not too much on greeting people that come into the store.”
“It's super close to my house and as such I go there a LOT. Most of the employees know me by name as well as my son and they are always friendly and helpful.”
“This is the cleanest and most organized Dollar tree I've ever been into! We usually go to the ones in Flint but today we decided to try a new one that we haven't been into and it was amazing! I never thought a Dollar tree could be so clean and organized... Oh and the cashier was a sweetheart ❤”
“The family dollar is a good place for a quick trip for a few groceries and their prices are quite low compared to a convenience store and there is a variety of household items, cleaning supplies and even toys and pet supplies,it’s fast, cheap and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.”
“Very friendly. Has everything you'd expect from a Family Dollar. As someone whom goes almost every day... they like Family ❤🤷💯”
“It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. I will make it a point to shop there regularly all thanks to the exceptional experience Daniel created for all the customers in the store this afternoon.”
“Always a wide variety of things here if you want a cheap t-shirt or some socks but don't want to go far there is always a great location near you to visit a Family Dollar !”
“yes I do know this place Family Dollar Store and I always have a wonderful experience there when I go to shop at there and they are always so very friendly to all of there customers too ok. ???”
“8068 Clio Rd Mt. Morris Dollar General has to be the most cleanest and well kept Store of the whole Dollar General Corporation.
Everything was well organized and clean. No products laying about on the floor anywhere.
Elijah and Titana were very polite courteous and above all Professional.
Once I returned home I explained my interactions with them and how great my experience was. We will definitely keep coming to this particular Dollar General.
Great Experience. Keep up the fantastic work.?”
“The manager and cashier were very nice.I always go to the Family Dollar on Clio Road and Stewart because they always have shopping carts and the staff is very nice”
“The two ladies tonight were so sweet and helpful. They need a raise for how hard working and kind they are to everyone!!! Thank you for the great experience? the one girl made my night so I had to come here to write a review!:)”
“Associate's were helpful in finding the items I needed. Although checking out was slow it was due to the cashier assisting a few people with special needs and making sure they understood what they were doing, which to me shows how well this particular cashier has compassion and cares about her customers as a whole no matter the situation! I've never been disappointed when i have visited this store and i recommend it to people!”
“Dollar General is always a great little store to shop at. They have nearly everything you so need. They just need to hire someone to help get the new stick coming in off the carts blocking the isles.”
“I frequent the Dollar General on Coldwater Rd. Within the past year there has been a significant difference with the service and cleanliness! In all honesty, I actually enjoy shopping in there now. The staff greets you when you come in. The floors are clean (to be concrete floors) and it even smells clean now. There is no stale stench in the air. The shelves are stocked and I can actually make my way down the aisle without having to walk around products or trip over boxes (I can't say that for the surrounding Dollar Generals) Not only that, I've also overheard other customers saying the same thing! It's nice to know that they take pride in our local store now.”
“If This Is The DG by The E-Way,On Saginaw St,Genesee Township,It was Great, always Friendly,The DG downtown Mt Morris Not so friendly,so again Not sure which one This because I Go To both but mainly The one by The E-Way In Genesee Township”
“I like this Dollar General The manager and her staff are Wonderful which is one of the main reason I go there. I appreciate their kindness and hard work. they deserve each one of the stars on this review.. Keep up the great work..”
“The store manager has really done a lot to bring this store around. They now have a decent grocery selection with a frozen food section and dairy along with the non perishables you expect to find. The aisles are usually stocked well, but there are still many times that carts full of stock are left out in an aisle making it difficult to shop and maintain social distancing.”
“Who doesn't like a dollar general? Well I do. It is a quick stop and shop. Perfect if you need a poster board for a kids school project, deodorant for a date, cleaning supplies because a kid vomited in the car, or you simply want a cheap t-shirt or socks. Dollar General is a dollar store upgrade. This store was busy as it was a few days before Christmas and I suspect stocking staffers where needed. Nothing like BBQ pork rhins and eggnog to get the holiday kicking.”
“I'm not sure if this store got ne management but it's starting to look better you can actually walk through it and the shelves have product on them. Who ever is doing it keep up the good work.”

“Store has alot of summer merchandise, shelves are well stocked. I kept hearing someone saying a truck comes in once a week early in the morning (maybe she said thursday). Nice selection of greeting cards. Store was clean with good lighting.”
