Told me my bank needed to stop a check from being deposited I deposited at their bank. If you didn’t know the answer should’ve transferred me to someone who could’ve given me correct information.

Great credit union, the online banking structure could greatly be improved and some of the companies they work with are garbage but Elga is good. As a warning never buy anything they offer from truestage. It will literally be a waste of money, and you will need to hire lawyers if a time comes up that you need to use the insurance for say ripping your spinal cord as an example. Even tho you’ve made all the payments and filed your claim and jumped through hoops with your messed up spine you will not be covered after over a year and wondering how it is even legal for a company to do so. But hey Elga is a decent place to bank otherwise.

Outstanding service extremely convenient. Julie went beyond what I expected. She was able to provide a cd rate the matched a competitor advertised rate even though Elga didn’t actually offer the rate every day. When we showed up a day early and Julie was at lunch Sami quickly picked up the ball and saved us a trip back. Totally outstanding teamwork by the entire crew. Thank you to all.

Honestly it seems like if you're not a big priority you end up getting forgot about I had to sit in the lobby for nearly an hour and then some strange excuse was brought up why I had to wait that long. Alot of the staff members seem unpleasant and you feel rushed by them, elga's banking system is lovely especially the app but their staff in Montrose really needs help when it comes to communicating with and trying to understand their elga members

Julie helped me open an account and was very helpful understanding my options. She took all the time I needed with questions. I called her about a loan and she put me in touch with David whom is also very informative and looks at all options!The front desk associates are great as well! Paula always is very helpful and friendly also! All of the people here are Awesome! Would not go anywhere else.
