I’ve been with Genisys for years and it’s almost always smooth sailing. I just recently had an issue with a mobile deposit check being rejected. However, after speaking with a representative I was transferred to the branch manager who went well beyond what was required to help solve this issue. The issue was resolved and I’ve never been as sure about my choice in a credit union. Thank you to everyone that helped with this.

Erin Ellsworth & Mark James in the mortgage Dept and all others involved went way out of their way to help my client get an equity line of credit.. I would recommend Genisys for any Morgage loan. I'm a local Realtor and they saved the deal.. thank you to every person who helped close this Loan..

The staff are always super friendly and give great customer service. I had an issue with a subscription that was cancelled and they were still trying to charge me - the teller opened a case and I got a refund within a week. 100% recommend!

Went to cash a check they told me since I didn't have an account there that they need a driver's license I only had a pass port and a debt card they told me that was no good I guess passports aren't government IDs they didn't even try to help me they was happy to turn me away then ask me if I wanted to open an account like I would open my account with people that aren't even willing to try and help me

Sadah was very professional helping me pull together statements for a mortgage approval. She was pleasant, quick, and she thought a head of the process, to asked me a couple questions, for additional info I would need for that mortgage. She was proactive and motivated. She had my personal information and account info secured for the paperwork work transaction with the mortgage company. Gotta love a Genisys representative who has my security at interest. Thanks Sadah! You make the credit union proud to have you on their team.

I love Genisys Credit Union SO much. But I am here to leave a review specifically for the teller who assisted me today with my deposit at the Clio location inside! Of course I cannot remember her name at this time - but she had beautiful nails & was just as sweet as can be. She was amazing, knowledgeable, and so kind! She truly went above and beyond - she deserves recognition!If you are a consumer reading this - this is your sign to go to Genisys and take advantage of all of the great things that they offer!So often I find myself going to businesses & feeling as though I am annoyance to the staff. That will never be the case at the Genisys Credit Union at the Clio location!

I just want to share a horrible thing I seem on your business. Last I knew this was America and people could dress as they please? So when your employees make comments to other employees about how a woman a was dressed. I'm not the only customer that heard it. We approached her outside because she was crying.. She overheard the comments so she left. She was trying op a new account . I'm sure she won't be back because of they way she was treated. If I ever hear something like that agsin. I will say something very loud about how disrespected it is. We all have freedom of speech and I will use it. One upset customer and Veteran
