Why because they are not here just to make a dollar, the staff genuinely cares and shows empathy for your situation. They take the time to make sure your needs are met and if they can’t fix it that day be assured they will fix the problem! I was getting a new wheelchair and it wasn’t here you go, John was here for 3 hours making sure the chair was correct and the fit was right and made adjustments to chair to make sure it was right. “Not only do they fill your script within 5 minutes or sooner (I've timed it too lol) it's kinda crazy ?
But, I also showed up right after closing on the 22nd, and I didn't know that they were closed and they still took care of me and filled my script 10 mins after closing. They seriously are the best!! I'm forever grateful ???”
