“They do their best to try to meet the needs of the customers if they don't have it in the store they also made another option that they can order it and have it delivered to your home. To me I think that demonstrator good customer service and maybe in the future they can try to accommodate tall women and teens of size”

“Matthew from Hart brought my dad a new extra long bed yesterday. He stopped by today to replace a pad that was the wrong size. The mattress seemed way too soft & not inflating to the propper pressure. Matthew ended up coming back a few hours later with a new mattress! The new mattress is 100% bettter. Matthew is very knowledgable & really went above & beyond today for my day. Im beyond impressed with his service & professionalism.”
