“Last Saturday morning, Jeff in the parking lot helped me (unsolicited) load shutters from my car onto a cart and then wheeled it in for me. He was so helpful and kind. And then Mike at the return/service desk spent about 30 minutes helping me sort through my various orders and returns. Both of these guys were awesome and made me a loyal HD customer!”
