“The customer service is awesome, helpful and apologetic. The place looks great but is not handicap friendly if your in a wheelchair. The handicap parking is at the bottom of the parking lot forcing you to go up hill in a wheelchair and people park the noses of their cars over the sidewalk not giving you enough room for your wheelchair. The cardio equipment is on the top floor but the stationary is on the bottom floor with no elevator. There is a door down there but it's locked and only usable when staff is there to unlock it. The person was very apologetic and it's an older building. So great customer service and would recommend for an able bodied person but not if you're in a wheelchair which is a shame because now I have to go across town for the gym.”

“Wonderful, clean environment with super friendly and helpful staff. Been going since july, haven't had any issue not related to jerks that occasionally come in and think they're better than others, however thats not the gyms fault.”
