“The workers are very helpful to help you find what you are looking for. There is a lot of items in the store. It's condensed, but very clean and easy to get around. Always have what I need to do little house repair project without having to go to a bigger store further away.”

“Once again Watervliet's local ace hardware store has done it for me, a gentleman who goes by Tony helped me cut two of my blanks I got for my motorcycle key, the original was all bent badly and had slight fracture in, well he made the impossible possible, he straightened out the key to the best of his ability and then got the key cut and tested it on my motorcycle and it worked! So happy to of chosen this store to help me with my key problems, if your local then this is the place for you! Once again another happy customer ?”

“I came in at 9pm because I urgently needed a humidifier for work. Since it’s summertime, I could only find dehumidifiers. I approached an associate named Ray for help finding one. Ray provided me with amazing customer service, and although there were some technical difficulties outside of his control with finding the location of the product on the device he was using, he still found a way to help me. He led me to the aisle with the product, and it was on a shelf 30 feet in the air. He promptly brought another employee to spot him, and brought the equipment needed to get the humidifier down. They closed off the aisles, brought down the pallet, and he gave me the item. I could not be more appreciative. Ray’s dedication to exemplary customer service is something I have not found at any other store. Simply amazing. Thank you Ray!”
