“In what was a horrific time for some major vehicle repair, it was such a relief to work with a company like this. They’re honest. They legitimately care about what they’re doing and the people they’re helping. They have loaners when available, which is almost nonexistent in auto repair shops. They are quick, and they understand that you need your vehicle back. It’s not about their convenience. They’re transparent. I was sent a detailed analysis, including photos and explanations of what needed to be done. I was able to ask questions and make a decision by being able to talk to someone who took the time with me. Frank was amazing! And they do great work for a fair price. I won’t go anywhere else from this point forward.

“These gentlemen are top tier human beings. They repaired my mother’s camper roof and interior like true professionals. They went above and beyond for my mom and I couldn’t be anymore thankful to them. They came right to sutters campground and repaired the roof on the spot in no time. “Dropped it off after 1pm. They replaced 3 wheel bearings by 11am next day. The price was good. The shop is friendly and is just trying to fix your car and get you back on the road. Will definitely use again. The “lobby” isn’t a waiting area it’s more of a drop off and come back kind of place.
Update I have had a couple more chances to use Mike Tom’s. A brake line broke and a bad temperature sensor. Again Mike Tom’s got it down quick and well. They could’ve charged me more for a thermostat ($150 part) plus installation. Instead they replaced a $20 part.”
