Duck N Coop Hatchery

Pet Stores
Hours: Duck N Coop Hatchery is a farm that sells healthy chicks and birds, with a wide variety of breeds available. Customers often find that the birds are healthy and turn into beautiful, good layers even months after purchase. The hatchery is known for providing helpful and friendly staff, who are knowledgeable about the birds and willing to assist with special breed requests or specific needs. Many customers appreciate the ease of the buying process, which is cash-only, and the quick responses from the staff, making transactions smooth. However, some reviews mention issues with customer service, noting that the owner appears bothered by questions and does not allow customers to see the birds before purchase. This has led to concerns about transparency and the ability to inspect the health and breed of the birds firsthand. One reviewer experienced a misidentified breed and was disappointed with the inability to inspect the birds prior to purchase, feeling that it was a shady practice. Additionally, some customers feel the owner’s attitude can be rude or unwelcoming, which may affect the overall experience. Despite these concerns, many repeat customers choose Duck N Coop Hatchery for its quality birds and variety, even traveling long distances to buy directly from the farm. Overall, it is a place valued for its healthy birds and helpful staff, though some find the lack of transparency and customer service practices to be drawbacks.
