“Now 4 months later I feel great. I had never been a regular at a gym, but the staff is amazingly friendly and the gym is cleaner than any of its pricey competitors. The classes are adjusted to all fitness levels and the routines are changed on a daily basis, so you'll never get bored or complaisant with the classes. I felt welcomed there since I was not mocked or made feel guilty for being not being fit and was complimented every time I made some improvement. So far I only have compliments for this facility and its incredible staff.”

“I work out at night mostly so I can't really speak about the people that work there seeing as I only went in at that time once to get the membership but it is always incredibly clean and well put together. They have everything you need to improve your body”

“I have been going to Bee Fit for a few years, and I highly recommend Bee Fit regardless of your fitness level. Tracy, the owner and fitness instructor, offers a variety of fitness group classes, Bee Strong weightlifting workshop, and personal training. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have started doing personal training on November 2022 with Tracy and she has been supportive on my fitness and health goals. She does a free consultation before beginning personal training at which time she gets to know you and your goals. She takes pride and interest in each client and the atmosphere is not intimidating. She design a workout specifically for each client. From November 2022 to now, I have grew in self confidence and strength. In my personal training session, I have made tremendous progress than before. She motivates and challenges me to do hard things because she knows I am capable of moving a heavy weight, and I trust her completely. For each round as each week passes(depending on the client), she will increase the weight or add more reps in a set. She will show you a workout movement that is unfamiliar and will tell you on which muscle group is working whether it is in the back, shoulder, or legs. The personal training is usually an hour and during that time she focus on her clients. She will also modify a workout or decrease a weight if the weight is too heavy and the client cannot do a full range motion when needed. I encourage you to ask her anything because she emphasize the importance of safety.”
